*John 10:28-29 ~ No one can take you out of my hand. Thus says the Lord.*

28. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. 29. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand.

Not only does Jesus Christ give us eternal life, but he reinforces it with an unequivocal declaration: they will never perish. This is what eternal life is. Since it is something you cannot lose, you can never perish.

Then, Jesus further reinforces this statement by proclaiming that you are under the dominion of his own hand. To top it off, he says that no one can snatch you from the hand of the Father. What encouragement for anyone who has ever had doubts about their salvation!

Jesus said: I give them eternal life (present tense), they will never perish (future tense), no one can pluck them out of my hand, and no one can pluck them out of the hand of the Father (objective truth). This is something we can really rely on!

Rest... Once your life is hidden in Christ, you are highly and eternally pprotected
