Why Must You Put Your Trust in God - Psalm 125:1

"They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. Psalm 125:1"

Some people put their confidence in idols and others in personality, knowledge, money, etc. All of these will pass away; they don't have the power to save the human soul. On the other hand, those who trust God and put their trust in the Holy Scriptures shall be like Mount Zion, which cannot be removed but abides forever. Mount Zion is the dwelling place of God, so those who trust God and our Lord Jesus Christ will be in the presence of God, which lasts forever.

Whenever it seems like things are not going in your favor, the opening scripture should encourage you to move on because God is with you and you will never be shaken or removed. Hallelujah!
